This is the second week in a row of fresh berry brekkies!  Last week we made Raspberry & Oat Breakfast Bars.  This week we’ve nommed Whole Wheat Blueberry & Oat Muffins.  I could get used to this!

Fresh Ghost Peppers. . . and yes, I’m also excited that our first Spain trip of 2017 is coming up in a few weeks.  Have you seen a paler hand holding a ghost chili?  Jeez.

Today’s breakfast of champions: hot apple cider with whiskey, patatas bravas with chorizo & fried egg, hand rolled salted caramel ice cream. . .oh, and dumplings.  Always dumplings.
