I’ve been on a high-level training course this week, and the hotel where it’s being held has a pair of lovebirds in the lobby.

The venue is far from home, but the lovebirds make me smile and think of bebe and all our monster birds.  🙂

The Monkstown brunches continue to impress.  So far, all the eggs have been well poached- yolks runny and gooey, and the house cured hams, black puddings and hollandaise sauces have been quite distinct between venues.  I suspect Scott’s going to start expecting black pudding at every meal though, which might become an issue.  Although, there is an entire aisle for it at the grocery store, so while maybe not the healthiest plan, it’s certainly doable.  Did I mention that his office also does fry-ups on Friday mornings?  Thursdays are typically a big night out here.  So considerate.  🙂
